Who is responsible

The controller for this website is Sabaş Home, Alanya (full legal particulars are shown on the Imprint page and awaiting confirmation).

Contact form & WhatsApp

The enquiry form on this site does not transmit your data to a server. It prepares a message in your browser and opens WhatsApp so you can review and send it yourself. When you send it, your message is delivered to Sabaş Home through WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms. We use the details you send only to answer your enquiry.

AI assistant

If you use the on-site assistant, the text you type is sent to Sabaş Home's AI service to generate a reply. Please do not enter sensitive personal information. Conversations are used to answer your question and are not published. For purchases, prices or orders, our team will assist you directly.

Maps

Store maps are not loaded until you choose to open one. When you tap “Show map”, Google Maps is loaded and may set cookies and process data under Google's privacy policy. Directions and review links also open Google in a new tab.

Fonts & hosting

Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address to serve the font files. All other scripts, styles and images are served from this website.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data you have shared with us, and you may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact info@sabashome.com.
